Getting Started Example

To help you get started, we have pulled together a simple "Hello World" example. You can use this to become familiar with the development tools provided with Ja.NET SE.  We have broken it down into five parts. Each part builds on the previous, providing additional detail on various aspects of developing software with Ja.NET SE.

If you are comfortable using other Java development kits, you should have no problem working with Ja.NET SE.  For the most part, you will find that the tools and runtime work in the same way as they do on a standard Java platform.
